Cerium AI Workshop:​ Microsoft Copilot Engagement Series

This two-day Copilot Workshop is tailored to the needs of your organization and provides a thorough understanding of Copilot’s capabilities, with real-world examples of generative AI in the workplace. We’ll provide hands-on demonstrations, perform a technical review of your environment, and conduct an interactive brainstorming session to identify how Copilot can address specific pain points and help you meet your goals. We’ll also develop a customized roadmap towards adoption that covers organizational, technical, and security requirements.

Pre-Engagement Discovery Before the workshop is initiated, Cerium will send an AI Readiness Questionnaire for the client to complete, so we can understand your current needs better. Our engineers will then carefully examine your Microsoft 365 tenant setup, policies, security level, compliance with best practices, and use of licensed features to personalize and adapt our workshop to your specific business needs.

Day 1 Cerium will spend this time going through the AI security standards and requirements, Copilot architecture, your existing environment’s technical standing and security posture, and the specific technical requirements needed for your organization to be Copilot ready.
