Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness: 8-Day Maturity and Technical Readiness Assessment

This programme of works is designed to technically advise and prepare your IT and Microsoft 365 environment to get the best from Microsoft 365 Copilot. We work with you to look at the technical configuration, adoption and enablement of the core Microsoft 365 Apps and Services including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint along with key advanced workloads that ensure best experience. These include file classification, DLP, retention and Entra ID premium features.

This fixed offering will cover the following aspects: Review

• Assess the maturity and core usage of Microsoft 365 apps and services and identify any gaps, issues and recommendations which will impact the success of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Create a technical roadmap for key services which need to be implemented in order to fully utilise the Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
• Undertake a security assessment to ensure the tenant is secure against industry standards and Microsoft guidelines around best practices and standards for the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Findings and guidance will be provided.
• Map the service adoption and security/data requirements above against a "Copilot Ready" and "Copilot Optimised" state
• Produce an enabled roadmap that can be used by the organisation to build a readiness plan.

• We will discuss, enable, and demonstrate, "quick win" AI powered tools and services to help organisations prepare for and get the best from the different Copilot experiences including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Windows Copilot and Copilot in Edge (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise). We also cover other AI features such as those in Microsoft Teams Premium.
• We will also check and help you configure Microsoft Search and Semantic Index for SharePoint which will help ensure Copilot is aware of organisational context, terms, and keywords and how to control and limit its reach.
