Using ClickDimensions with Dynamics 365 for Sales we conduct a segmentation of your existing marketing lists to increase the relevance and focus of your marketing campaigns.

The introduction of a Dynamics 365 CRM to your business will enable you to use marketing lists more effectively, to track those interactions, and feed the results back into your sales and marketing strategy.

As part of this process we will work with you to understand more about your business and your marketing goals, which will inform decisions about the relevant segmentation that needs to be created.

The segmentation will result in customers/leads being placed in newly created marketing lists, ready to be targeted accordingly in future marketing campaigns.

Deliverables

We will create nurture campaigns for each segmented list, (up to 5 different segments) with up to 5 email templates created in total. These will include:

  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly newsletter template
  • Key date emails (i.e. Christmas)
  • Cross-sell/up-sell emails

Note

  • Split-testing (the creation of up to 5 email templates for use within a campaign automation) is available for an additional charge.
  • Any additional email templates can be created for an additional cost.
  • Travel and Subsistence will be charged separately and at cost for onsite work, all prices are ex VAT.
  • All the services need a Dynamics 365 for Sales platform with ClickDimensions installed and licensed.
