Agenda

Day 1 Onsite/remote comprehensive demo of the accelerator with stakeholders, we will gather information & requirements of how the solution could be customised to further suit your needs.

Day 2 Write up high-level report on findings, and a proposal which we discuss a high-level route to having an optimized D365 solution. The report covers where the accelerator can make an immediate impact, where some customisation could help it fit in with the organisation quickly, as well as a plan to improve processes & integrations with Dynamics. This ensures stakeholders see Dynamics as a cost effective, transformational solution with long-term benefits.

Day 3 Following the report we follow up with stakeholders for discussion around the potential of Dynamics, and to gather feedback on the demo. We discuss next steps to take the NFP accelerator demo into a pilot with a select department of the organisation as a further POC.
