Microsoft Offering Dynamics Business Central - CORE

Our CORE Package builds upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365-Business Central Essentials Package and is perfect for organizations with an experienced bookkeeper or CFO/Controller that require core financial processing.

The project includes the deployment of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment for the management of one company.

The scope of the project includes:

• Setup of one company for this modules
• General ledger and finances
• Customers and sales
• Vendors and purchases
• Items and Resources
• Training of the users
• Support for go-live

Customizations are not included in the scope of the project.

Deliverables • Simplified discovery session • Turn on and provision Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Assign licensing and security roles for up to the first 10 users of Dynamics 365 Business Central • Set up and configure the Microsoft Dynamics App for Outlook, if applicable, for up to 10 users (limited to one email account per user) • Initial configuration of Power BI with initial dashboard • Create one production company database with configuration to implement GL/AP/AR • Review the system assistance wizards with the client. • Demo and initial training of system configuration • Provide import templates for Master Records (COA, Dimensions, Customers, Vendors, Resources, Item Service, Charge Items) • Work with Client to define Posting Groups • Setup GL account structure using a standard Chart of Accounts • Setup banking of one bank and one checkbook. • Set up basic Sales Invoicing Processing • Set up basic Purchase Invoicing Processing • Add logo to transactional reports (quote, order, invoice, purchase order) and test. • Create default financial reports – P & L Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement • Basic train the Trainer (no more than 30 hours of training) • Provide support to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 10 hrs • Go-live review and have a brief next step conversation.

Assumptions • Exchange Online or Exchange Server required for Outlook integration. • Covenant Technology Partners must be the digital partner of record and the Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft for licensing up to 10 users (additional scope required for more users) • Customer will perform all master record data imports (Customers, Vendors, etc.) and configure most settings (e.g. Chart of Accounts, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.) • Excludes intercompany, consolidated financials, multicurrency, EFT, ACH, bank reconciliation, custom code, and reporting. • 300 hours of total consulting hours including project management time is included. • Other assumptions and exceptions may apply.
