Business Central - SME Implementation Pack - 18 days implementation

Implementation & basic training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules including:

• Definition of an Office 365 reference account
• Creation of the Business Central production and test environment (Online Tenant)
• Ordering and activating your licenses on your Office 365 user accounts
• Basic configuration of users in Business Central
• Validation of the functional scope and processes
• Set up 5 users and create your first organisation/company
• Basic setup of general accounting and analytical axes (chart of accounts, analytical sections, entry sheets, printed reports, VAT, multi-currencies)
• Basic set-up of accounts receivable and accounts payable (customers, dunning, suppliers, SEPA/PAIN payments, entry sheets)
• Basic set-up of contacts and addresses
• Basic set-up of sales quotations, orders, delivery & billing (QR code)
• Basic set-up of purchase orders, receiving & invoicing
• Basic set-up of items, stocks & inventories
