The Copilot and AI Accelerator - 4 week assessment helps you navigate the beginning of your Copilot and Generative AI journey. We leverage our expertise across Microsoft’s Modern Work product portfolio to assess your Microsoft 365 Tenant and organisations readiness for Copilot. The assessment report will give you the tools that you need to ensure your tenant and organization are positioned to be able to begin leveraging Copilot and Generative AI Safely and Effectively.

Throughout our assessment we will:

1. Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to elicit safety policy requirements and organisational readiness.
2. Deliver Copilot Technical Readiness Plan that details steps that should be taken to appropriately manage the risks of AI (incl Risk Assessment).
3. Deliver Interim Generative AI Safety Policy.
4. Proof of Concept Plan that details a proposed set of business units and processes to be included in a Proof of Concept.
