###What's included?###

1. The online hands-on Workshop(s): The online workshop, conducted using Microsoft Teams meetings, is designed for 10 participants, and a maximum of 12 participants. The dates of the workshops will be planned in agreement between the customer and ELCA Trainer. The communication & invitations for the workshops, as well as the registration, will be managed by the customer. All participants must have the adapted Microsoft 365 license.
2. A Trainer to conduct & animate the interactive online workshop: The trainer will require a Microsoft 365 license to use the account during the workshop. A private collaborative workspace will need to be created for workshop purpose and the Trainer’s account will need Owner access to it.
3. A Training material adapted to your organization: The material, designed in English, will be presented and reviewed to match the usage you have in your organization.
4. An online survey post-training to be filled by participants: An access to your Microsoft Forms will be required to create the survey and access the results.
