Test Microsoft Viva: Assessment, 2 Workshops & Briefing - 1 week

One week assessment & presentation to help you project yourself in the use of Microsoft Viva integrated to Microsoft Teams. One day availability from the customer side will be required to ensure the scheduling of the necessary workshops, deliver the Proof-of-Concept and consider a potential continuity in line with the roadmap. ###What's included?###

1. Initial call of 1 hour to exchange
2. One workshop of 3 hours for an introduction on Microsoft Viva
3. Proof of Value by Provisioning Viva Connections in your Microsoft Teams
4. An assessment on the tools you currently use, that would be replaced by Microsoft Viva(2)
5. One workshop of 2 hours to demonstrate the Microsoft Viva(1) capabilities to you and help you envision a linear strategy to adopt it
6. A report detailing the process, the cost (3), the recommendations and a high-level roadmap for its implementation & adoption
7. Restitution Call of 2 hours to present the report and a roadmap
