One week Presentation & Proof of Concept to help you project yourself in the use of Microsoft Power Platform integrated to Microsoft Teams. Less than a day availability from the customer side will be required to ensure the scheduling of the necessary workshops, deliver the Proof-of-Concept and consider a potential continuity in line with the roadmap.

###What's included?###

1. Initial call of 1 hour to exchange
2. One workshop (1) of 3 hours for an introduction on Power App (including Canvas App) and a discussion the specific Use Case to implement
3. Implementation of a use case (2) (technical implementation & process automation)
4. A report(3) with details on the implementation and a costing estimation for the use of Microsoft Teams as a Power Platform application hub
5. Restitution Call of 2 hours to present the report and a roadmap (1) Restricted to a maximum of 5 persons with a good overview of the key business processes (2) The use case is an exhibit implementation of the build, and integration of an applicative screen with an automated process running, covering one of your needs, all embedded in Microsoft Teams. The implementation time is initially estimated from 6 to 8 hours. (3) Identify processes that can benefit from Power Apps based on current issues; Estimate the implementation effort in an ROI approach, and define a low code governance (define implementation roadmap based on business cases, provide support in the realization)
