Apps and Automation Action Accelerator: 2-Day Workshop

eGroup Enabling Technologies, LLC’s Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform Services Action Accelerator Workshop will provide your organization with a prioritized list of App and Automation initiatives in your enterprise, as well as a high-level implementation plan.

Our Action Accelerator Workshop will provide an understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform services, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio within Microsoft 365.  Throughout the workshop we will discuss the following initiatives, and how the Microsoft Power Platform services can help you to prioritize your App and Automation initiatives with trusted Microsoft 365 solutions:

• Business Applications: Robust, scalable, and secure applications that leverage the full potential of cloud technologies.
• Automation: AI-based automation into your business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing productivity.
• Custom Copilots: Copilot Studio allows you to design and build custom chatbots that allow your users and customers to get answers quickly and accurately by using the latest Generative-AI technology.

The agenda for our two-day workshop includes the following:

Day 1: Discovery Session – Identify up to ten data initiatives currently under consideration and outline objectives and outcomes, while obtaining a high-level understanding of the existing technical architecture.

Day 2: Plan Development – Outlining implementation options for each initiative with a high-level overview of effort, resources and cost ranges while prioritizing the initiatives and creating a roadmap.
