Zetadocs Archive Migration Service: 2-Day Workshop

A 2-day remote service workshop provided by Zetadocs experts, to help you migrate your current on premises Zetadocs Archive documents to Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Once the migration is complete, you will have access to the same documents in SharePoint Online from your Business Central environment.

Agenda:

Day 1: Assessing, planning and configuring the system for migration

• Work with you to understand the requirements and assess your current system (1 hour)
• Connect remotely to your environment to obtain the current data structure, size and discuss your permission needs when moving to SharePoint Online (1 hour)
• Prepare the environment to make it ready for the migration (2 hours)
• Configure our migration tool to fit your individual needs and then configure your SharePoint Online site ready for use with Zetadocs (3 hours)

Day 2: Testing, training and starting the migration

• Perform some test migrations to assess whether the scripts are ready and gather timings for larger batches to ensure that issues are avoided during the live migration (3 hours)
• Configure the current system to save any archived documents to SharePoint Online and test the functionality (2 hours)
• Train your IT team on how to run the migration tool so that they can migrate the data when you feel ready (2 hours; note that the data migration should be done outside working hours)
