Sustainability Action Pack by FF: 4-Wk Implementation

Sustainability Action Pack is a collaboration solution providing you the tools to drive environmental actions, make progress transparent and help you reach your targets.

Also referred to as "climate watch" or "environment watch".

Solution is based on Power Platform solution template developed by Forward Forever. This low-code implementation approach enables easy customizations, integrations and maintenance. Developed in collaboration with customers including Finnish cities of Kerava and Järvenpää who use the solution for managing their environmental action plans (SECAP).

Solution template includes:

• Power App for end users (Sustainability Action Pack Teams App): Easy to use application for end users who manage and update the actions, tasks and metrics. Available within Teams so that all functionalities such as alerts, documents, discussions and mentions are conveniently available in a single location.
• Power App for admins: Powerful user interface for admins
• Three (3) Power BI reports: Overview report, Activity Report and Power Pages embedded report
• Power Pages website templates that can be customized with end customer colors, graphics, fonts and content
• Power Automate flows for alerts and notifications

Designed to be compatible with Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability.
