Microsoft Teams Rooms are the ideal video conferencing solution for your organisation. Generation-e transforms how your people think about Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams to accelerate the value it provides with clear change communication. As part of this implementation process, Generation-e will work with customers to ensure they have the best fit for their organisation. On completion, customers will receive The Modern Meeting Room Catalogue, which will become a living document as products and technologies will change over time (see below for details).
Key aspects of the design criteria will include:
Day 1: • User experience • Meeting platform and interoperability requirements
• Ease of deployment for existing/retro fit spaces • Serviceability and support risk
Day 2 • Integration with existing furniture and architecture • Vendor technology roadmaps and trends • Lifecycle management • Workplace safety • COVID considerations
Day 3 • Corporate and Guest WiFi • Room Booking and wayfinding • Appropriate lighting levels or control • Budget • Product availability
Each room type will be compiled into a Modern Meeting Room Catalogue and supporting construction ready technical drawings where each room will have a clear description of: • The overall room solution and technology components • Supported use cases • Appropriate room size and capacity guidance • Typical room layout/plan view • Elevation drawings • System Schematics • Furniture considerations • Building/facilities requirements such as power & data • Indicative room cost for both product and services
Deliverables: • The Modern Meeting Room Catalogue which will include up to 5 room standards and supporting technical drawings.
