HCLTech E-Learning Modernization (VIVA): 4-weeks Proof-of-Concept

HCLTech helps customers to modernize learning environments to make it easy for employees to pick up new knowledge and skills. Employees can conveniently access formal and informal learning content through their Microsoft Teams interface even though the content may be spread across multiple backend learning systems.

HCLTech’s Athena solution, based on VIVA Learning and VIVA Topics, enables efficient learning experiences through

• Relevant Content: Our user-centric approach ensures that content is well adapted to learning audiences
• Convenient Access: Access any form of learning content directly from Teams
• Topic explanations: The AI-engine proposes explanations of complex topics and key words directly in the flow of work
• Social & Mobile Learning: Share, recommend and chat about learning content with Teams
• User-centric Consulting and Adoption Services: Successful introduction of the new solution through a user-centric, consulting-led approach

This proof of concept allows customers to evaluate VIVA Learning and HCL Athena in their own environment

Scope (depending on customer requirements)

• Up to 100 self-created learning documents (already available at the start of the project in SPO)
• Up to 50 users
• Sources of Learning content: Sharepoint, LinkedIn, Microsoft Learn, pre-integrated LMS (eDX, Coursera, … as per Microsoft list)

Deliverables

• Working VIVA Learning POC environment
• Proof-of-Concept report with observations and recommendations

Pre-requisites

• Modern Sharepoint sites (SPO) for self-created content (if applicable)
• Customer provides all required licenses incl. VIVA Learning licenses and relevant learning content
