Inciper Solution Quality metrics help you to ensure that your current implementation follows Microsoft best practices and helps you to understand any risks or opportunities associated with system security and data quality. This element also reviews technical change control and the use of build and test automation to help ensure stable and low risk releases into your production environment.

The Business Alignment element of the audit focuses on the benefits that your organisation is, or could be, obtaining from Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, helping you to understand if the solution could be used more effectively by existing users or provide additional capabilities to other areas and teams. The business alignment review also looks at the current Microsoft licencing arrangement that you have in place to ensure they are compliant but also to identify any potential costs savings for use of the different licence types and offers.

Our Delivery Approach ratings and recommendations explore your ongoing implementation and support processes and how effectively they can provide support continuous improvement to the business as well as manage ongoing updates. We review the end-to-end process for gathering requirements and managing them in a prioritised backlog for delivery, building and testing the solution requirements and the release process. We also review the processes and governance in place to manage support of users and the delivery process as a whole.
