Microsoft 365 Security Hardening: 3 Days Implementation

Our Microsoft 365 Security Hardening solution is designed for small and medium businesses that own Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, but do not make full use of the feature set it offers. It is also suitable for organisations using Business Basic and Business Standard subscriptions that are ready to upgrade to Premium and adopt a more mature security stance. Industry sector is not important with this solution. It is a good practice baseline that all organisations should adopt in order to mitigate risks presented by:

• Account breaches
• Phishing and social engineering
• Data breaches via insecure mobile devices

The solution achieved this by ensuring that:

• Multi-Factor authentication is always enforced in the right places
• Inbound email is filtered to remove malicious content
• Data stored on mobile devices is encrypted and passcode protected
• Alerts are generated for key suspicious activities

The solution utilises the following toolsets within Microsoft 365:

• Endpoint Manager - Conditional Access and App Protection Policies
• Azure Active Directory
• Multi-Factor Authentication
• Defender for Office 365

This is a consultancy service that includes configuration of the above tools to a defined scope and optionally assisting your users with enrolment at the time of deployment:

• Proof-up accounts for multi-factor authentication
• Enrolment into Mobile Application Management
