Dynamics 365: 3-Wk Proof of Concept

Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations has a number of modules that cater for many industries including; Financials, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Service Management, Asset Management, Project Accounting, to name a few.

Agenda

This POC is designed to show you the ease of use, the comprehensiveness of the modules and overall capabilities of the ERP. Therefore, the suggested rules of the POC are:

• The POC is on the financials and supply chain.
• Provide us with a limited number of customers, vendors & items.
• Provide us with a set of business processes that you would like to see.
• We will review and study this material. We will then provide you with our feedback.
• Agree on the POC rules of engagement.
• Create the instance on the Microsoft Dynamics cloud. Setup and make it ready.

Deliverables

• For a period of 1 week, you will test the system based on the agreed criteria, producing transactions & reports. Our consultant will be onsite with you.

This consulting service has a cost of $12,000 ++. Should the POC be successful and you decide to move forward with the project with us, the above quotation will be discounted from the project.
