Considerations and Deliverables:

  1. The number of entities assumed for this implementation is 1 (ONE).
  2. The implementation will be for Dynamics 365 Business Central - Essential - SaaS/On-prem (Consider 2 man-days for server setup in case of On-prem).
  3. The overall implementation approach is based on the standard out-of-the-box functionality rollout.
  4. Any other Modules, Product / Add-on (unless specifically mentioned in the Scope sheet) shall be considered out of scope for this implementation.
  5. Any other third-party application or any kind of integration shall be considered out of scope for this implementation.
  6. The calendar time required to execute the project would be 12 weeks (including 2 weeks of support).
  7. A user manual will be provided as a part of the documentation, following Intech's standard documentation methodology only.
  8. The scope of implementation would be limited to the standard features of Dynamics 365 Business Central. No customizations shall be considered as part of the scope.
  9. Any requirement not part of standard out-of-the-box functionality and not mentioned in the scope of the worksheet shall be deemed out of scope.
  10. Intech will follow the train-the-trainer concept. Key users will be trained on the application, and key users will impart training to end users.
  11. If any project task is delayed by the client for more than 10 days, it will attract additional costs.
  12. Implementation will be limited to out-of-the-box functionalities. Any change request or additional requirement will be considered post-go-live.
  13. Post-implementation support for 2 weeks.
  14. We will provide a standard format for the below 10 document print reports, and no additional report development is considered in scope: a. Purchase Order b. Posted Purchase Credit Memo c. Posted Purchase Invoice d. Purchase Quote e. Purchase - Receipt f. Tax Invoice g. Posted Sales Credit Memo h. Sales Quote i. Sales Shipment j. Proforma Invoice
