Overview The Intouch365 Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Experience Track comes offers organizations a proven and efficient way to evaluate and prepare for the activation of the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights functions of the Dynamics platform in your organization. It provides you with a good understanding of what Customer Insights Data and Journey can do, and what it takes to implement it. It helps you in defining relevant use cases and gives you a good insight in the benefits of implementing the tools. The Intouch365 Experience Track can be followed completely online, or onsite at your premises, or in a hybrid situation.

Our Offering The Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Experience Track is a phased approach to getting the most out of your Microsoft Customer Experience platform. In the first phase, the Deep Dive we identify stakeholders and discuss the strategy and current state of data driven customer engagement in your organization. We deliver a hands-on customer insights lab, based on industry specific data sets. During this interactive workshop both marketers and more IT oriented employees will get a great understanding of the working of the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform and will get inspired to identify the use cases relevant to your organization. The second phase of the Experience Track is a Proof of Concept, addressing a selection of the previously identified use cases and based on your own datasets. The proof of concept can be used in a real-life situation and can be used for 90 days without having to make a final decision on purchasing Customer Insights licenses. And the third and final phase of the Experience Track is the implementation is the Scoping, where the actual implementation is being initiated. Together we determine the backlog for the implementation project and we make sure that all user stories are ‘sprint ready’. Also in this phase we address the needed organizational change and data issues.

After completion of each phase you can decide to stop or pause the Experience Track. Intouch365 has a complete toolbox that will guide you through the Experience Track, consisting of the temporary use of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Environments, industry specific datasets and labs, questionnaires and evaluation tools and introduction slide decks.
