Build and deploy three tailored Copilot AI agents to demonstrate real-world productivity gains and automation within Microsoft 365 using Copilot Studio.

Intuit Technologies offers a fixed-price engagement to design and deploy three custom AI-powered conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrates how AI assistants can drive real productivity improvements across the organisation through automation, streamlined access to information, and guided task execution.

The engagement begins with collaborative workshops to define and prioritise high-impact use cases. Based on these, Intuit will configure three AI agents tailored to your business needs. Each agent will be integrated with internal knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, documentation) or use public information where appropriate. Agents will be accessible via Microsoft Teams or other Microsoft 365 channels.

Example agent types include:

  • Policies and Procedures Assistant – Consistently answers staff questions about organisational rules and processes.
  • Legal Assistant – Supports document analysis and compliance queries.
  • Executive Summary Generator – Converts long documents into concise summaries and alternate formats.
  • Prompt Creator – Helps users generate project briefs and scope documents.
  • Knowledge Base Expert – Retrieves insights from internal documentation.
  • Policy Generator – Drafts new policies in line with existing frameworks and house style.
  • Custom Agent – Tailored to your specific business challenge.

The offer includes:

  • 3x Custom AI Agents built using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Copilot Training Session for end users and stakeholders

The implementation leverages Copilot Studio’s low-code environment to enable rapid, secure agent development with a focus on business outcomes. All work will be delivered remotely over two weeks, following a structured four-phase approach:

  • Discovery & Planning – Use case identification and training
  • Build – Agent setup, knowledge integration, and configuration
  • Test & Refine – Iterative improvements to agent behaviours
  • Handover – Training and transition to internal teams

While this PoC is designed to be close to production-ready, full-scale deployment, user acceptance testing, and complex integrations are out of scope. However, the PoC will provide a tangible foundation to assess business value and future investment options.
