Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Implementation (limited project scope)

• Analysis & Design: 4-10 weeks. o Analyze current business model and collect the Functional Requirements during workshops based on pre-setup process model o Finalize the fit-gap analysis o Configuration of the overall Microsoft Dynamics solution and the design of specific customizations needed to satisfy business requirements o Finalize the data migration design o Establish test criteria for UAT • Development: 4-12 weeks o Finalize configurations and setup of the standard solution defined and approved in the design specifications. o Development the custom code that required to support the solution is limited and considered as Change requests. • Deployment: 2-6 weeks o Conduct functional and feature testing of the entire solution o Create the user training documentation o User training o Data migration

• Operation: 2 – 6 weeks o Resolve pending issues during real work o Provide on-going support Microsoft Technologies

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management - Power Apps - Power BI - Azure Data Warehouse - Azure AI and ML
