11:00 – 12: 00: Presentation: “What is Power BI Governance and Why is it important?” and “The Power BI Lifecycle”
13:00 – 14:00: Power BI roles and responsibilities AS-IS and potential TO-BE
14:00 – 16:00: Review of the Power BI Admin Settings
16:00 – 17:00: Introduction to the Power BI Starter Kit and Power BI Monitoring

Day 2

9:00 – 11:30: Co-creation workshop of a Power BI Starter Kit for the organisation with end users.
13:00 – 15:00: Co-creation of a Power BI Monitoring dashboard specific for your organisation
15:00 - 16:00: Presentation of the created Kit and dashboards, training on how to use them.
16:00 – 17:00: Workshop for continuous improvement and recommendations for the future.
