Haven Protocol is set of Power Automate bots that helps company's stay aligned with new Polish legislative duties regarding transaction with Tax Havens. Bots will manage communication with vendors, verify statements and prepare additional research on tax residency of beneficial owners of each transaction. All bots are built to produce valuable output like completion reports and archive the evidence of the documents.

Solution contains 3 separate bots which can work independently.

Bot 1 will prepare statements for business partners, send them to business partner e-mail adress. Bot 1 will also monitor Mailbox for replies.
Bot 2 will work with statements sent back by Business Partner. Bot will read statement and interpret the answers.
Bot 3 will perform search in various databases, based on result KPMG team will prepare report on the presence of Vendors beneficiary owners in tax havens.

Haven Protocol will help companies to maintain well structured process of gathering knowledge about Business Partners for purpose of Transfer Pricing documentation. In case of tax investigation it will held evidence about the performed operations and gathered documentation.

Agenda: Moving bots (implementation)to clients infrastructure will take from 2 to 3 working days - depends on environment complexity. License for algorithm covers 12 months (1 year of work). Price is based on scope of work.
