Design and Planning / Needs Assessment Agenda: Kraft Kennedy will conduct design and planning sessions with appropriate Client stakeholders to discuss the firm’s needs and goals related to Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Generative Artificial Intelligence (“GenAI”).
These Design & Planning Sessions will serve both to educate the Client about how Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 can be used to make their day- to-day work more efficient as well as to identify and define specific scenarios that the Client wishes to deploy at their organization. We will review any existing GenAI policies the Client has in place or help the Client create new ones, as needed. We will also review the Client’s existing desktop environment and Microsoft 365 cloud tenant to determine the steps necessary to prepare and optimize it for Copilot. We will also review the firm’s licensing posture and identify any prerequisite licensing needs as well as a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 licensing posture that will work for the Client.
Environment Preparation During this phase, Kraft Kennedy will configure the Client’s Microsoft 365 environment in order for successful implementation. We will focus on implementing defined user-facing workflows that use Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. Kraft Kennedy will configure and validate the underlying services that Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 uses such as Microsoft Entra ID (“Entra”), SharePoint Online security settings, and Microsoft Purview Information Protection (“Purview”).
We will also provide guidance to firm trainers regarding the use of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 so that internal trainers can lead user training. If needed, Kraft Kennedy will update the Client’s Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Apps desktop applications, per the terms of the Client’s existing Managed Desktop Services Agreement.
Additional Support Kraft Kennedy will provide escalation support for issues, questions, or additional configuration assistance related to the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 environment. This support will be available for a period to be determined following the Integration phase.
