SharePoint On-Premise Workflow Modernization: 2-Wk Implementation

lban_sponprem_workflow_modernization ensures that workflows from SharePoint On-Premises (2013) are properly analyzed and rebuilt to leverage SharePoint Online.

This consulting service will be carried out by Lotus Beta Analytics Nigeria on the SharePoint on-premises environment, where the workflows in question will be analyzed and documented. This document will guide the consulting team on the method of approach for developing and/or rebuilding the on-premise workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform Tools, PowerApps, and Power Automate. This service will enable workflows leveraging SharePoint to seamlessly connect to other Microsoft 365 apps, external cloud services, and on premises services, providing a compelling, flexible, and more performant experience that drives productivity and collaboration. This consultation will take the approach below:

(i) Assessment: We will assess and clearly document the existing SharePoint workflows (ii) Plan: We will provide a precise plan on how these workflows will be rebuilt and redeveloped (iii) Development: These workflows will be rebuilt on Microsoft 365 using PowerApps and/or Power Automate (iv) Testing: Cycles of tests will be conducted on these rebuilt workflows to ensure they provide business solutions. (v) Deployment: After testing, these workflows will be deployed to the production environment (vi) Support: We also offer post deployment support on the solutions to ensure smooth running of these modernized workflows
