McChrystal Group's Copilot Change Management program is designed to accelerate the value your teams and organization realize from Microsoft Copilot. Copilot rollout is dependent on solid technical upskilling and purpose-driven behavior. McChrystal Group's four-phase approach is designed to simultaneously equip your workforce with the technical know-how and the practical knowledge on how to apply it in their daily functions.

Beginning with an evaluation of where to leverage Copilot and which employees should receive licenses, we will establish a cross-functional stakeholder team to guide your AI development, deployment and value. This team will ensure that your Copilot roadmap is rooted and your organization's most critical priorities from day 1. Next, we will curate an easy-to-use, self-paced digital learning place to instill Copilot hard skills, benefits, and use cases to catalyze upskilling. This knowledge base will ensure that all Copilot users are able to quickly access the resources they need to accelerate adoption. Third, McChrystal Group will identify key Network Influencers and Super Users to champion adoption across the organization. This cohort of early adopters and experts will serve as change agents at the peer-level, bringing unique insights on use cases and best practices to their teams and colleagues. Finally, McChrystal Group will monitor progress at each stage of the journey. We will use your business metrics, passive usage data, and active listening to identify areas where more training is required or untapped opportunities exist.

McChrystal Group suggests a 10 - 14 month change management roadmap, including initial alignment on the organization's AI strategy and the formation of stakeholder teams and ambassador cohorts. This will overlap with the design and implementation of the digital learning pathways. Throughout the process, McChrystal Group will provide assessments at regular intervals to ensure the changing needs of your organization are met. By the end of this program, your team members will be applying Copilot to their daily tasks and using it to optimize productivity, collaboration, and shared consciousness. The total investment in support of the change management will depend on the scale, speed, and scope of work decided on, but over the first year, we will ensure the following specs:

• 2-4 dedicated team members
• Support from Subject Matter Experts in analytics, digital integration, and learning design
• Digital Learning reach of up to 30,000 users
• High-touch Ambassador cohorts inclusive of up to 50 Super Users, Network Influencers, and other key leaders per cohort
• Stakeholder team creation, learning design, rollout of custom digital pathways & Ambassador experiences, and implementation tracking dashboards all within one fiscal year
