App-a-teaser: 3-Wk Proof of Concept

The Microsoft Power Platform empowers everyone in your organization to create solutions that transform the way they work, because you give employees the tools to improve processes that they do every day. But the best ideas for this do not always come from the IT department. How can we ensure that innovative ideas from the business become reality?

Motion10 is happy to support the process of letting the business develop its own apps. On the other hand, we also realize that not everyone has time to familiarize themselves with the tooling of the Power Platform. That's why we introduce the Motion10 App-a-Teaser. With this concept we deliver an app for a fixed amount. No extensive quotation process or extra pressure on our own employees, purely the development of an app based on the Power Platform.

How do we do this?

01 - Intake In this phase, we determine together with you what the app should do and whether it fits within the criteria of the App-a-Teaser. At the end of this phase, a formal go/no-go moment follows.

02 - Prototyping Together with a User Centered Design (UCD) specialist, the logical flow in the app is determined and the first screens of the app will become visible to the business. The design of the UCD specialist forms the basis for the development process.

03 - Development After consultation with the UCD specialist, a Power Platform consultant sets to work to realize the obtained requirements and wishes in the Power Platform. Two development cycles are completed so that the client can provide interim feedback.

04 - Delivery The solution is delivered in the production environment with a short technical and functional description of the basic functionalities of the solution.

05 - Inspiration In this last step, we will take you through the countless possibilities of the Power Platform and what else it can offer your organization.

During the Intake it is quickly clear whether the solution can be realized within the framework of App-a-Teaser. Motion10 will make it clear immediately after the Intake phase whether we can develop the app in the set time. To be eligible for the App-a-Teaser, the following conditions apply:

• The customer makes one expert available who knows exactly what the solution must meet and which problem it solves; • License for the Power Platform is available and in sufficient quantity. Which type of license is required follows from the Intake; • Motion10 gets sufficient access to the Power Platform development environment to configure the app itself; • Motion10 has sufficient access to the Power Platform environment in production and/or Azure DevOps is configured for automatic installation of the app in production; • The solution optimizes one existing process; • Connectors for interacting with systems are available.
