NP Retail & POS: 1-Wk Implementation


Get a full implementation of our NP Retail & Point of Sales (POS) App in three retail shops, with all the necessary training to use our solution independently!

The main goal of this implementation project is to implement our NP Retail & POS application that fully supports your regular day-to-day sales activities, as well as to provide all necessary training required for the use of our retail system. Upon completion of this implementation project, users will be fully trained to use our retail solution independently.

The main prerequisite for this implementation project is that you are already a user of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution.

You will get a full implementation of NaviPartner’s Retail & POS App to support your three retail shops. This offer provides your company with a comprehensive solution for managing retail operations. Based on our many years of experience in implementing NP Retail for our customers, the offer includes the training necessary to perform sales at the POS, reporting, sales statistics, customization of retail prints and much more. If there is a need for further education, we are happy to help on an hourly basis.

NP Retail is an all-in-one retail system built directly into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. It’s easy to implement, use and customize. In fact, NP Retail enables retailers to unify all parts of their business, make better decisions and provide excellent customer service.

Prior to project start:

  • Customer ensures fulfillment of NaviPartner´s system requirements.
  • Customer prepares own organization, list of users and books slots for training, etc.
  • Customer and NaviPartner discuss starting and go-live dates.
  • Introduction to the NaviPartner Customer Portal.

Day 1:

  • Ordering license
  • Creating users for retail
  • Installing NaviPartner´s App
  • Configuring the NP retail standard: POS store, POS units and default layout
  • Creating set-up for fiscalization

Day 2+3:

Day 4:

  • Customer tests and NaviPartner assists with possible corrects in set-up.

Day 5:

  • Go-live and hypercare.
  • Workshop to discuss any of your future ambitions and/or requests.

Description of project scope:

  • Three individual legal companies with stock, finance, order flow and retail point of sales.
  • Training.


  • Customer acquires and pays the needed full user and device licenses through NaviPartner.
  • Customer is already a user of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) solution.
  • Customer has a single point of contact that can coordinate internally in own organization.
  • Change requests that fall outside of scope will be managed after go-live.
  • Customer uses NaviPartner Supported Hardware.

  • NaviPartner works as a retail partner. We will still be available and able to meet requests after the project ends.
  • We support education in multiple languages.
