This is a true enterprise-ready Generative AI assistant built on compressive security with a responsible AI framework, embedded into security solutions, like Microsoft Defender. However, understanding the use cases, and their implications in the enterprise's existing landscape and taking the first step toward the transformation can be complicated. NTT DATA has designed a 3-week workshop to understand the potential of Generative AI in the digital workplace and how you can get ready for a new wave of productivity with Microsoft 365 Copilot. High-level workshop structure and agenda This complimentary workshop is a 3-week engagement categorized into the following three phases: • Access – Define Scope, identify business stakeholders, and gather information on key business scenarios. Complete and review organization readiness on the following categories • User readiness • Organization readiness • Productivity and Collaboration Platform readiness • Data Security and Governance • Art of the possible – Showcase the intelligence added to employee experience by unleashing creativity, unlocking productivity, and levelling up skills (including demos) • Build a plan – Develop a plan to implement recommendations based on prioritized scenarios. Define the next step and timeline to develop and implement the solution.
Week1: • Pre-engagement call, identified key stakeholder, scope discussion. • Readiness Assessment and Review – Prepare and share the assessment readiness kit with the customer to check the readiness of the User, Organization, Productivity Tools, and Data Security and Governance. Discuss and review the readiness assessment report and if there are any gaps, identify the next steps to fill those gaps.
