- Perform a workshop focused on Microsoft Teams Rooms capabilities to Client Stakeholders.
- Provide high level deployment plan for the company owned devices selected for this Pilot
- Create a high-level design document for Microsoft Teams Room that includes, not more than:
- A site survey for the conference room
- (1)Configuration profiles in total
- Define MTR endpoint and requirements
- Deploy Teams Admin Center (TAC) Analytics and Reports
- Deploy (1) Teams supported MTR endpoints
- Configure Teams Admin Center (TAC) to register MTR clients
- 3rd Party Integration Verification and Adjustment
- Execute Testing
- Migration Readiness
- Provide Remote Day 1 Support
