Microsoft Purview Information Protection helps you discover, classify, and protect sensitive information wherever it resides or travels. MIP capabilities are included with Microsoft 365 Compliance and give you the tools to know your data, protect it, and prevent it from being lost.

Agenda:

• Kick-off call to define the deployment scope, expectations, and requirements
• Activation of Microsoft Information Protection service at tenant level
• Policy and Labels configuration requirements in Microsoft Information Protection (starting from labels Public, Personal, General, Confidential, High Confidential)
• Check Pre-requisites for Client installations (Windows, Mac, Android, IOS)
• Check Pre-requisites for multi-languages, check the need to have labels and descriptions of labels with different languages.
• Configurazione policy Microsoft Information Protection based on requirements (max. 1 policy)
• Configure policies to show sensitivity ribbons in Office, no labeling requirement to save documents, justify low level, custom permissions, etc.
• Label configuration according to requirements (max. 5 labels)
