  2. A 2 Hour Playback Meeting to agree on the backlog items to be delivered within in the 40 hours of development hours included in the Starter Kit price

DESIGN BUILD TEST We build the application as per the agreed 40-hour backlog of features and provide templates for data import. The application undergoes testing against the acceptance criteria. Outcome:

  1. Development, UAT and Production Environments
  2. Timeboxed 40-hour build against agreed User Stories and Tasks
  3. Application tested against Acceptance Criteria

TRAIN AND DEPLOY User training and Go Live support. Outcome:

  1. Two 2-hour Training Workshops for agents and administrators
  2. Full day Go Live handholding

Project Milestones are designed to be concurrent business days to facilitate a rapid QuickStart delivery and is broken down as follows: DAY OUTPUT 1 Two x 2 Hour Workshop to gather functional requirements 2 Setup ADO Board with Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks and Effort Estimations and Acceptance Criteria. 3 2 Hour Playback for ADO board signoff with Stakeholders 4 Deploy Dynamics 365 Sales to tenant and configure Sandbox DEV, Sandbox UAT and Production Environment 5-9 40 Hour build against backlog (additional backlog items treated as a cost uplift) Configure Case Management, Routing, Business Process Flows, SLA's. 10 Provide templates for data import 11-12 Acceptance Criteria Tested 13 Two x 2-hour workshops for End User and Admin training respectively 14 Full day Go Live handholding
