Workplace Security Maturity: 6-day assessment

Resilient Security developed a security maturity assessment to help customers in developing a roadmap to maximize their investment in the Microsoft 365 security platform:

• Organize workshops to measure the workplace securituy maturity, understand the risks of the organization and align the workplace security strategy with the Microsoft 365 security capabilities
• Understand the risks for your organization
• Give you a better understanding of how EDR (or XDR) solutions fit into your organization
• Give envisioning workshops to engage management to further improve the security within the workplace
• Develop a roadmap to increase the workplace security based on the Microsoft 365 security portfolio.

During this 6-day assessment, Resilient Security will:

• Day 1: Engagement workshop to discuss planning and manage expectations of this 6-day assessment
• Day 2: Security workshop with the CISO or security officer to discuss the workplace security priorities and get an insight on the workplace security baseline. In this workshop we discuss the importance of XDR and security baselining in your workplace security strategy.
• Day 3: Workshop with the IT team to discuss the vision on endpoint management, and how endpoint manager, defender for endpoints and security monitoring is used to increase the security posture of your workplace
• Day 4: Technical assessment where we use secure score and our scanning tool to get a first impression of your workplace security posture.
• Day 5: Envisioning workshop to get a better view from different angles on how you as an organization can harden your workplace to become protected against Todays cybersecurity threats.
• Day 6: Conclusion workshop to present the findings and the path forward to increase your workplace security posture.

The result is a tailor-made roadmap to start improving your workplace security posture, leveraging the Microsoft 365 security platform.
