Power App Assessment - 3 Week Assessment

The objective of this engagement is to provide your organization with a detailed current state assessment of their Power Apps configuration and the solutions built on it. To realize the cost and time benefits of Power Apps requires the correct configuration for the administration, maintenance, and support of the productivity tools. This assessment is designed for organizations that are already using Power Apps and are looking to identify potential gaps and optimize its scalability, security and supportability across the enterprise. 

Activities to be Completed:

1. Power Apps Configuration Extraction • Provide/Run PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows developed by Protiviti on Client’s tenant to extract Power Apps configurations and apps data. • Manually review the Client’s settings to complete an initial documentation of configurations specific for the Power Apps and create a Microsoft Power Apps Assessment Document.

2. Power Apps Business Objectives Workshops • Protiviti will prepare and distribute a comprehensive pre-workshop questionnaire for the Client which focuses to existing business objectives, technological direction, current deployment, and key requirements for the use of the Power Apps. • Create workshop agendas and schedule with attendees from key business teams/divisions and utilize the results of the questionnaire to facilitate remote or on-site workshop(s)

3. Power Apps Assessment & Recommendations • Protiviti will combine and present a draft summary of the findings and results of our recommendations for the Client’s current use and goals of the Power Apps, including but not limited to: • Service Settings, Environments; Licensing & Roles; Data Loss Prevention, Solution, and Power Apps • Following assessment report review, the final deliverable will provide a prioritized list of recommendations to address identified gaps and promote ongoing deployment and adoption of the Power Apps.
