Implementation agenda:

    • Conduct a high-level discovery workshop and evaluate the overall solution fit
    • Review existing configuration in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify
    • Create an implementation plan timeline
    • Configure and test the connector in a non-production environment
    • Solution go-live activities and final test in production


As additional scope of services, RSM can include B2B data and processes integration, Shopify, and Dynamics 365 Business Central modifications and customizations.
