Build a roadmap to manage and analyze streaming real-time data using Power BI and advanced analytics. The data may emerge from multiple sources like devices, sensors, and data systems.

Identify KPIs using dashboards created from processed data to fuel notifications and alerts in order to take corrective business decisions.

Agenda

Week 1

• Identifying the nature of the data sources, data interval
• Understand business needs from data insights
• Create a roadmap to build a PoC using Power BI

Week 2

• Design Build, Data connections, and dashboards based on the findings of Week 1
• Mid Term Demonstration for feedback
• Final handover of dashboards with documentation

Deliverables

• Solution Architecture for Real-Time data Stream Analytics
• Data Model to manage data at various intervals
• Connection with one Live data streaming source - IoT device, sensors etc.
• 3 - 4 dashboards, each dashboard with 5 - 6 visuals
