Microsoft Teams Deployment and Adoption

This SHI services engagement is intended to assist customers with deploying Microsoft Teams in their organization. This includes the assessment workshops, as well as additional planning and working sessions to meet the configuration needs of the customer. We create a Teams Pilot and provide the customer a detailed Teams Deployment plan. We also include knowledge transfer for the administrators and Adoption and Change Management guidance (ACM). ACM services include communication and training plans.

Approach

SHI will provide guidance and best practices by conducting planning meetings and providing a Microsoft Teams deployment plan. Additionally, we will plan SharePoint collaboration sites as part of a comprehensive collaboration plan. The following phases are part of a Microsoft Teams Deployment:

  Note: Actual price is dependent on the length and scope of the engagement. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Skype for Business licensing is not included in this offering. Teams end user training from our corporate training group is not included.
