CRM Quickstart: 10-Day Implementation

A rapid deployment to configure the most commonly used CRM features, import critical data, and get your users up and running.

This 10-day engagement will include business requirements gathering, documentation, and project management.


Week 1

  • Initial kickoff meeting to review and confirm the scope of the project
  • Detailed requirements gathering; review and discuss desired functionality
  • Review existing reports, email templates, and data that will be imported
  • Build out customizations for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities and Cases
  • Mid-course review. Slalom will demonstrate configured functionality and show application progress

Week 2

  • Configure custom objects, workflows, and email templates
  • Build custom reports and dashboards
  • Import the data for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities
  • Train the users on the fully configured system


By the end of the Quickstart, you will have a customer engagement solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and case management. Your solution will track tasks and events, integrate with your email, and improve customer insight though reporting and dashboards.

Application customization including:

  • Accounts and contacts
  • Lead and opportunity tracking
  • Case management
  • Activity tracking (tasks, appointments, phone calls, emails)
  • Email Integration using Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook
  • Mobile access
  • Workflow processes (up to 5 workflows)
  • Communication templates (up to 10 email templates)
  • Up to 5 custom reports/dashboards
  • Up to 3 custom objects

Importing of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases and three custom objects from Excel spreadsheet in a format provided by Slalom

End-user training and Admin training related to configured functionality
