Frontline Worker workshop : 3 day

Frontline workers represent the success of many companies, yet they’re also some of the most overlooked employees, especially when it comes to training and technology. A lot of our processes are still antiquated and manual. There’s a disconnect between workers, especially in different store locations. We all manage a bunch of disparate apps and devices to get our work done, and training and education can feel punitive when it should be engaging. Over time all this can lead to a deterioration in customer service. In the CIE, you will showcase Microsoft 365 as the end-to-end solution for frontline workers and frontline managers and how you can improve their day-to-day working experiences.
