Phase 1 – Assessment Overview of Windows 365 Cloud PC. Determine use cases of Windows 365. Determine n# of Windows 365 licenses required. SoW and Roll-Out Plan.

Phase 2 – Planning & Solution Design Finalize on Windows 365 Image (Gallery/Custom). Evaluate & Configure Azure Virtual Network and Azure AD Connect (Azure AD Connect installation out-of-scope) Determine Windows 365 Cloud PC Security & Compliance requirements. Determine Applications required in Windows 365.

Phase 3 – Deployment Configure Windows 365 environment (including user license assignment). Configure Provisioning policies. Configure Security/Compliance policies in MEM.

Phase 4 – Roll-Out Provision Cloud PC to target users (Ring 1/ Ring 2/ etc.) Endpoint Analytic Monitoring/Reporting
