SPAN d.d.

Span Copilot Readiness Assessment offers technical insights into your tenant and Microsoft 365 services to leverage the capabilities of AI with Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Span Copilot Readiness offers technical insights into your tenant and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Engage) whose result will be an insights document, general readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot and recommendations for improving tenants’ security posture. Copilot Readiness Assessment is a two-stage process that includes both technical assessment (data protection and governance) and adoption readiness activities. Its goal is to equip your organization with the necessary tools to leverage the capabilities of AI with Copilot in Microsoft 365.

The Copilot Readiness process is designed to ensure that your tenant and your users are fully equipped to navigate the new wave of AI conversations. The path to Copilot readiness commences with a comprehensive technical assessment phase. This stage capitalizes on the best practices that Span has gathered over years of experience. It includes an extensive review of all content locations within your organization, such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your data’s location.
