Spyglass’ 3-week assessment will help you build a formal plan for a successful implementation of the Power Platform, including the definition of strategy envision, a customized center of excellence, roles & responsibilities definition, end state delivery model, admin & governance policies, and final execution report & rollout.
Our assessment approach looks across seven dimensions of the client environment, including IT, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Networking, Data engineering, and Business Users to develop and define a formal strategy, vision, and roll out plan for the Power Platform.
AGENDA: Through a series of five to seven workshops, Spyglass will work with the customer to do the following over three weeks. Week 1- define a strategy and vision, customize a center of excellence, define roles & responsibilities Week 2- define desired delivery model, design admin and governance approach, establish security DLP and conditional access policies, and establish monitor and alert platform Week 3- develop final execution report including future state, implementation priorities, high level timeline and budgetary estimate.
DELIVERABLES: Envisioning Workshop Output Document including- findings and meeting notes, high level vision, implementation strategy, roles & responsibilities, additional action items/decisions needed. Execution Report (final deliverable)- future state, proposed implementation priorities, high level timeline, and budgetary estimate.
