Deliverables

Complete all setups to run the following functional areas:

Financial Management

• Includes GL setups, no. series setup, dimension setup, bank accounts, bank reconciliations, and base account schedules (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

Base Inventory

• Includes inventory setup, Items and associated UOM, location setup, transfers, and item dimensions.

Accounts Receivable

• Includes customers, open A/R entries, deposits, sales and receivable setups, service setups, resources, and customer statements.

Accounts Payable

• Includes vendors, vendor payments, open A/P entries, purchases and payables setups, and AP check layout.

Configure Printed Documents

• Sales/service quotes, sales/service order confirmation, sales/service invoice, sales/service credit memo, and purchase order.

Training Included

• A/R, A/P and GL training - deposits, bank recs, journals, and check payments.
• Sales, service, and purchase order processing training.
• RapidStart tool training and assistance with loading opening balance AR, AP, GL and inventory values.
• Permissions setup training and assistance with setup.
• Assist in closing first month books.

Assist with data migration of Customers, Vendors, GL Accounts, Items

• Client must provide clean data in Excel format.

Limitations

• Limited to one company setup (must be distribution, or service & repair company - no professional service firms).
• No customizations.
• Limited to 5 full BC user licenses (More than 5 users? Call us before purchase to see if you qualify or need custom quote).
• Remote only.
• 4 - 6 week implementation timeline subject to availability of client and/or Suite Engine consultant.
• Suite Engine must be your partner of record.
