• Day 1: A guided walkthrough with demonstrations of the 4 Viva applications, Connections, Topics, Learning and Insights.
• Day 2: Identification of Viva components that will benefit you organisation and employees.
• Day 3: Building a roadmap for the implementation and adoption of Viva in your organisation.
