UnifiedCommunications.com is invested in partnering with customers on their collaboration journey with Surface Hub, Teams and Microsoft 365. SwiftPass enables customers who purchase their first Surface Hub 2S or are new to UnifiedCommunications.com to position themselves for success and accelerate their Hub 2S deployment and adoption. Customers choose from one of the following three free services, delivered virtually by the UnifiedCommunications.com team of Hub 2S experts: Site / Environmental Assessment, Installation or End-User Training.
Site / Environmental Assessment - We ask the right questions to identify deployment obstacles and remediation best practices for accelerated Surface Hub deployments. The engagement concludes with a written summary outlining guidance, next steps and recommendations.
Installation - We remotely guide the physical installation and ensure safe adherance to all guidelines. A post-install checklist is provided allowing customers to validate that every feature is tested and Surface Hub is operating as intended.
End-User Training - We train users and IT support personnel using custom, business-driven, industry specific, day-in-the-life scenarios that build awareness and confidence in Surface Hub collaboration and value realization.
We follow up with every customer after service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and collaboration success.
