Our two-week jumpstart program allows us to drill down into your data, garnering real insight from your information no matter where it is. Even if you still rely on spreadsheets (and most of us do!), this program makes it simple to explore and visualize your data in order to gain a cohesive understanding of trends and make better decisions. We’ll work with you to determine your most critical business intelligence requirements and make them come alive using Power BI. We will analyze your data needs, design dashboards, configure data connectors, install apps and set up alerts to make the most of your engagement with us.
This engagement will produce the following deliverables across multiple phases:
DISCOVERY STAGE. During the discovery stage, we’ll define the project scope, goals, and deliverables. Your data sources will be identified along with ways we can connect and leverage them. Specifically, we’ll:
• Determine functional areas (sales, marketing, finance)
• Determine key metrics/KPIs to track
• Identify user groups
• Identify user needs/requirements — analysis and output
DESIGN DASHBOARDS. Next, we’ll take your goals and metrics to design the program specific to your needs. We’ll mock up some dashboards and put them in front of your target users. We will build spreadsheets with actual sample data and analyses.
CONFIGURE CONNECTORS. In this stage we’ll identify data sources and configure pre-built data connectors.
RUN TESTS. After deploying the connectors, we’ll test them thoroughly to ensure that they’re working properly and pulling the data that you want
DEPLOY. After building the solution, the final step is to train the power and end users in the use of the system, and then go live.
