Connector 365 E-Documents Validator

Starting January 1, 2025, in Germany, vendors may begin sending XML files, such as PEPPOLBIS3, to you.

The default functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central does not verify compliance with all existing

standards (EN16931 & CIUS PEPPOLBIS3). However, this is achievable with our Connector 365 E-Documents Validator.

Check the incoming XML-File before creating a purchase invoice - be sure to RECEIVE valid XML-Files!

Starting from January 1, 2025, in Germany, customers will be required to accept XML files from their suppliers.

Ensure you verify the outgoing XML file before dispatching a Posted Sales Invoice to your customer –

it's crucial to send only validated and tested XML files.

Continuous development is assured with more format checks planned, including XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
