Business Essentials app includes the following features:

  • Advanced Comments: Set standard sales/purchase comments for your customers/vendors. Advanced comments will then be duplicated on your sales/purchase documents to communicate with third parties.
  • Work instructions: Set standard work instructions for your customers. Work instruction will be used internally to communicate how the sales process should be operated.
  • Customer Listing: Based on standard sales codes, this provides a set of features to check/automate items selected on sales orders defined per customer.
  • Sales/Purchase Shortage Management: Tracking sales shortages is a major indicator of customer satisfaction. On the purchase side, recorded shortages help vendor benchmarking.
