The Dynaway Signature’s main functionality enables users to confirm crucial maintenance operations with additional authentication inside Dynaway EAM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Dynaway Signature allows you to set up the events inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system when the maintenance user needs to use re-authenticate to confirm their identity.
The functionality was developed having in mind the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 CFR Part 11, which specifies the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rules on electronic journals and electronic signatures.
It defines the standards under which electronic records and signatures are considered trustworthy, reliable, and equivalent to paper records.
On the Signature Setup page, you can enable signatures, choose a signature method, and choose which events have to be confirmed by a signature.
In the current app version, you can choose to require a Signature when:
Creating Work Order
Changing Work Order Status
Posting Work Order
Closing Work Order
Submitting a form (Note: part of Dynaway Forms)
